ABOUT US
KJP Sales, Inc. was founded in Midland, Michigan in 1985 as a wholesale lumber outlet specializing in wood fence materials being marketed and sold to fence contractors and lumberyards. In 1988, KJP Sales owner and President, Mike Kozuch recognized that there was a need in the remodeling segment for a “Backyard Remodeler”. This need was met with the expansion KJP Sales into the design and installation of custom decks. This led KJP Sales (named after the owner’s children; Katie, Jennifer, and Paul), into offering other products such as Gazebos, Pavilions, Screened in Rooms, Front Porches, 10 Month Rooms, Pergolas and all types of fencing amongst other products.
The majority of the products that KJP offers can be seen at its indoor and outdoor showrooms. KJP Sales also expanded its expertise in interior remodeling with the same quality aspect in mind.
Over the years, KJP Sales has been recognized with many industry-related awards. Including Midland County Home Builders Association, Associate of the Year.
The 30 Year Membership Award, the Ben Lerner Lifetime Achievement Award, and the Michigan Association of Home Builders Remodeler of the year – 2009.
